A 6-week programme designed for students and newly qualified healthcare professionals with less than 6 months of experience. Includes tailored support and two development levels: Essential and Thrive.

Created for students and newly qualified healthcare professionals (less than 6 months’ experience). During this 6-week programme you will receive tailored support to your needs, following this structure:

Essential Level

• Week 1: Making essays easier, together.
• Week 2: From first time attending an event, to going on stage.
• Week 3: Educate, Engage, Empower Patients and Carers.
• Week 4: From basics to bedside – more confidence, better outcomes.

Thrive Level

• Week 1: Don’t let your essays stop you from healing wounds.
• Week 2: Road to grant applications – right event, right tips.
• Week 3: Educate, Engage, Empower – next steps to do well in wound care.
• Week 4: Advance your knowledge, heal patients better.

For both levels

• Week 5: Your journey to become a NextGen Wound (wellbeing) Specialist.
• Week 6: NextGen Wound (wellbeing) Care: confidence starts here.
